jumping.

cassidy was very busy today. she played in the multipurpose room for awhile in the morning. later she played outside jumping on the mats.

sass-a-dy.

cassidy was singing very loudly on the buggy walk today. she sang “happy birthday” and “abcd.” later she sang “sass-a-dy” over and over again.

tired?

cassidy seems a little tired this morning. she was very relaxed on the buggy walk. when patrice asked if she was tired, she started cracking up.

right spot.

cassidy worked on puzzles this morning. she named the animal on each piece and then put it in the right spot. she also played with baby dolls and read books.

cardboard boxes.

cassidy spent a lot of time playing with cardboard boxes outside. they had strings attached to them. cassidy used the strings to pull the boxes around the yard. she also used markers to write on a clipboard.

cover up.

cassidy was very busy with baby dolls this morning. she covered them with blankets and patted them.

rock and roll.

cassidy was very mellow today. she did some “rock and roll” singing. after nap, she played with a soccer ball and in the sandbox.

mommy note: cassidy ate a whole chicken drumstick at dinner.

smash.

cassidy did a little bit of dancing during music time. she also sang along to the “a, b, c’s.” later she played in the sandbox making cakes and then smashing them down. have a great weekend!

beauty sleep.

cassidy played with goop this morning. she also played in the sandbox and with squirt bottles. she was a little clingy today and wanted me to pick her up a lot. seemed better after her super nap.

mommy note: cassidy’s nap today was 3 hours!

cheese.

cassidy did great for her photo. she said, “cheese,” and smiled. in the afternoon, she rode in the wagon in the backyard and helped pull ella and alexandra around.
