teacher songs.

cassidy took a very long nap today. she sang songs about patrice, celina, and me this afternoon (so funny). she also thought it was hilarious when she put the fire hat on me.

aw, poop.

cassidy used a magnadoodle to draw pictures today. after nap, she took off her diaper while still on her mat (w/a poop !). she also did lots of singing today “la la la” t0 the tune of the clean up song.

cracking up.

cassidy and darius sat next to each other on the buggy walk today. they were cracking up laughing the whole walk. after lunch, she climbed on the rocks behind the sand box.

follow directions.

cassidy danced during music time. she was following what teacher amanda was telling them to do. she also spent a lot of time with the sensory tub outside.

belly.

cassidy played with alexandra on the loft. alex laid down and cassidy covered her with blanket and patted her belly. when i asked her what her favorite song was, she began singing her dinosaur song.

where are you?

cassidy was very talkative today. i was singing her name while jessica changed her diaper, and she said, “erin, where are you?” she couldn’t see me! she was also repeating everything the teachers would say.

teacher note: cassidy also talked about a shark.

shy birthday girl.

today was filled with lots of talk about cassidy’s birthday party. during music time we sang “happy birthday.” cassidy was a little shy. have a great weekend!

ogobogo.

cassidy sang all of her songs for us today (elmo zoe, dinosaur, ogobogo).

lots of singing.

cassidy did lots of singing today. she sat and sang “twinkle, twinkle” for the group. she also made it outside after things dried up a little.

shoes.

cassidy played with the handheld play phone today. she’d bring it to me and i’d pretend to talk to joel and kathy about where her shoes were. then she’d talk about her shoes.
